While we want you to enjoy the house like it your own, we do also ask that you treat the property with respect and care – Anyone who does not will be asked to leave immediately and could face further action.
Check in between 8-10pm is a 30GBP fee
Check in after 10 pm is 60GBP
Check out is strictly 11am unless otherwise agreed upon. 50GBP/ half hour will be charged if guest resides in flat past check out time.
No smoking-- 200GBP fine imposed
