A super-bright, and spacious duplex apartment located on the 7th and 8th floor of a 1970s apartment block in an area well serviced by public transport. The North-facing bedrooms provide spectacular panoramic views over The city of London and the financial hub; encompassing the London Eye, The Shard and all the way to The O2 Centre. Upstairs the kitchen and living room overlook an all the more greener South London. Transport-wise; the apartment benefits from great access to the West end or East end of London; as the Northern line (tube/subway) splits to go in both directions, and a good distribution of buses heading in all directions of the city. The apartment block is linked directly to Kennington park; which has a cafe, playground, skateboard park, tennis courts, and calisthenics circuit. The Imperial War Museum, Newport Street Gallery, Black Cultural Archives, and the independent Ritzy cinema are all a short distance away.

Well located

We had a lovely stay, many amenities nearby a quick walk to public transportation. Place was a tad too warm, but the weather during our stay was unseasonably warm so I am sure that played a factor. Handy having a washing machine, so not having to pack so much. Owner was very responsive, which was appreciated. Overall we had a great experience and I would have no problems recommending this location for your next stay.

A good value for the amenities and accessibility.

I think the host mentions it's a quirky place in the listing, and it is. His art and artistic vibes flow through the flat. If you're looking for a pristine place with newer finishes, it's not for you. That being said, we enjoyed the place. Being on the top floors, the views were fantastic! The location is extremely convenient to public transport and access to the city. Grocery and restaurants are also close by. The home has everything you need, and either the host or his manager are eager to help if you need anything. London can be very expensive for vacation rentals, and if you need a nice place for a decent price with conveniences (and 2 bedrooms!), this is a good value. We would recommend it.

We loved the panoramic view on London, especially at night. You're in centre London in half an hour via bus or metro. Our host was kind, responsive and easy to contact. The state of the apartment unfortunately let much to be desired for now

toller Blick und sehr zentral

eine tolle Lage, das Apartment ist geräumig und man hat einen tollen Blick über London. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schlicht und kreativ gestaltet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unproblematisch und er war sehr bemüht, dass wir einen guten Aufenthalt haben!

Gut eingerichtete und sehr grosszügige Wohnung! Alles war vorhanden, was man für den Alltag braucht. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Mit der Metro waren wir ca. in 30 min. beim Westminster.

Although the owner wasn’t there to welcome us, there was a good direct contact with him by WhatsApp. Troubles with the parking permit were solved by sharing the fine I got. He paid me back immediately. I really, really liked the styling of the house. A good place to discover London from.

Die Wohnung mit 2 schlafzimmern, küche und großem Wohnbereich hat uns nach ausgiebigen Tagen in der City herrliche Entspannung ermöglicht. Gute Betten, gute Dusche /Bad, separate Toilette, gute Bus und Bahn Anbindung und ein Vermieter, der uns mit Infos versorgte! Unsere bisher beste Unterkunft bei umserem 5. Londonaufenthalt!

Appartement correct. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits . L équipements de la cuisine est peu sommaire. Si vous souhaitez cuisiner , oubliez... nous avons opté pour Uber eats et restos . L emplacement est idéal pour visiter Londres, un arrêt de bus au pied de l immeuble . La literie est bonne . La vue exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit . Plutôt calme . Une mention spéciale à l équipe d Abritel qui a été plus que réactive à notre arrivée à Londres ! Nous n avons pas rencontré le propriétaire, mais il nous a envoyé des messages pour s assurer que nous passions un bon séjour .
