The hotel only cleans the rooms at the guest's request. When we asked for the dormitory to be cleaned, we returned and found the beds unmade, the trash can not be emptied, the glasses in the room were not cleaned or replaced until after several requests.

Location near the financial district central to everything. Our room was the barrier free so it was very big. We were in a corner location so was nice to have a view on both sides. Excellent breakfast. Perfect for 4 night stay. We would go back!

Excellent stay for a family

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the bed/pillows were super comfy. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was perfect to the Tower of London, plus many shops and restaurants.

The hotel was great and the beds simply spectacular as advertised. The staff was very helpful but if you are going to this hotel, know that there aren’t as many staff members as you may be used to at other hotels. Breakfast buffet was very good. The location is excellent, but please mind that it is on a narrow cobblestone dead-end street that’s some walking distance from the nearest station. If you have luggage, choose Uber for travel.
