This hotel is not for tourists. Repeat, not for tourists! This hotel is gear for commuters. There is no support staff. There are no brochures. They didn't even know if there was hop-on hop-off near by. Had to go to another hotel where a very nice staff member actually walked to the street and showed us. This hotel is NOT centrally located and far away from the tourist sites. The room was very small, far from elevator and a maze of hallways to walk. Bare minimum supplies. Not even a paper cup in bathroom to brush teeth. Had to go down and ask and the only thing they could offer where coffee mugs. There is no check in desk or lobby. If you are lucky you find a person, otherwise check in on a screen. I was surprised that the restaurant actually had good food. Would not recommend it to anyone I know.
This is a great place to stay and the breakfast is great. It is close to the St. Pancras station and Kings Cross tube. We were unable to stay the full time we reserved - and the management did not give us a credit. I know there are policies in place but we tried to get a credit (not a refund) due to a family medical issue. Expedia did their best to see if we could get a credit. So, although the place is great, they didn't seem very amenable to providing support.
I chose the hotel for its proximity to St. Pancraz Station and King's Cross Station for early morning EuroStar to Paris and early morning train to Edinburgh. Grateful that I did as public transport was on strike during our visit so we could simply take a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The evening food server was not very accommodating for a simple request and the cost of 2 mediocre brownies was nearly $20 USD. Overall clean, modern, great location, very happy with our stay.
Great convenient location. Nice, clean hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The manager was not hugely helpful and his staff were running themselves ragged! Restaurant was understaffed and the food was average. Terrible cocktails.
When we checked in, or should i say tried to check in, their was NO record of our booking. Reception was not helpful, so excepting the worst, then suddenly three rooms were available. We had this also at Premier Inn Manchester, but this was quickly resolved by their management staff.
A fantastic affordable stay, with a very reasonably priced breakfast, in a great location. Must comment on the friendliness of the staff, who were so helpful and cheerful.
When we got there the self check in was not working and then it took a staff member way too long to check us in. Staff were not very knowledgeable and very slow. They also seemed to be very understaffed 😑

From the USA a family of 4 with 2 kids and this hotel was a great first stop on our trip. Alex from Romania was such a pleasure to see each day. He made check in an out simple and fast. The room was spacious and clean. The area was very close to the tube. I highly recommend.
