The London Townhouse Managed by Second Nest is a great space comprising 100 Square meters or 1050 Square feet. The London Townhouse is newly renovated with brand new kitchen. The location is within London zone one and is very close to the Nine Elms tube station and the station of Vauxhall which gives easy access to central London in one or two stops. The main supermarket Sainsbury is within 300 meters. If you are a family or group of colleagues wishing to stay in a large apartment in Central London this is the choice for you. We have four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as laundry machines and separate kitchen. For London Standards this is a good size apartment. We can hold eight guests easily without it feeling too cramped of busy. The apartment is split over three levels with the added bonus of an outside area to the rear of the property.
There are many restaurants and eateries within a 5 minute walk from basic cafe to high end dining, there is food for every choice even before heading in to central which is only a stones throw away. If the weather allows you are only a 15/20 minute walk from big Ben and parliament. Whether you are a family group of business colleagues staying together this is a great choice. We do not accept any type of parties, hewn dos, stag nights, 18th or 21st parties. we like our neighbours and do not agree to any groups or parties of any kind. A security/Damage deposit of ÂŁ300 is required before arrival.

This was a "special birthday" holiday, to see some football and introduce my 13 year old grandson to London. The location of this flat is perfect -- it is possible to walk to many sites, the Underground is just a few steps away, and busses are easily accessible. We ate in. brought in "take away" (Indian, Thai -- amazingly good) and appreciated the host's suggestions. We managed, even though two of our party got sick along the way.
Just note: the flat is 1000 sqare feet, so it can feel a little cramped, particularly if not are not getting along . The kitchen is more than adequate, and having a washer and dryer makes a big difference for a longer stay (we were there 10 days). Do note: one of the bathrooms is en suite, so again you have to like each other a lot, and be willing to share those spaces. But it is definitely doable -- and really worth it.
Again the location is perfect, the hosts really communicative and helpful, ,and the flat welcoming and more than functional. Thanks so much for this special occasion.
