We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel, it was close to where we wanted to base ourselves. The staff were approachable and friendly and we received an upgrade to the signature room which also led to our pleasure. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to be close to the Thames, Chelsea and Battersea needing a clean and well maintained hotel

This hotel was an ideal place to stay in terms of proximity to Victoria (theatre district) and the west end. The No 2 bus (about 50yds from the hotel) will take you to Leicester Square within about 25 minutes. The room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was in the downstairs breakfast room and offered a choice of continental and English traditional, with some additional variations eg avocado on toast, egg on toast etc. The staff were really friendly and polite. They made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. My only โ€œcomplaintโ€ would be that the pillows were absolutely terrible - Iโ€™ve never encountered such thin, hard pillows at a hotel. This did make it difficult for me to get comfortable and have a good night sleep and I woke up with neck pain both mornings of our stay. I think our bed was also a small double, when it states โ€œdoubleโ€ on booking. Which was okay, but not ideal for 2 people, of which one is 6ft4 ๐Ÿ˜…. If Iโ€™d have known that, I wouldโ€™ve paid a little extra for the โ€œstandard double roomโ€. The hotel was lovely overall and the staff when we had interactions with them were very friendly. I would stay at this hotel again, despite the terrible pillows as the location was great and the hotel was cosy and clean, with friendly staff.
