Our choice of the hotel to stay at for our week-long trip to London proved to be a great one. The Clermont London at Charing Cross offers the most convenient location for visiting London. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are numerous cafes and restaurants around, making it so much easier to try different foods. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and quick in response to anything questions. I highly recommend the Clermont London, Charing Cross to anyone traveling to London with plans to experience the most of Central London. I will definitely stay here again for our next trip to UK.

Excellent location and an outstanding breakfast. Our bedroom was quite small and at the back of the hotel with a musty smell coming in when the window was open. I’m quite tall so found the bed a little short. Having said all that the location was unrivalled.

The staff were very friendlycand helpful. It was my husbands 70th birthday and on arrival we were upgraded free of charge. Room and all facilities excellent. Very good choice at the buffet breakfast. Much better than other hotels with the same rating that we have used in the same area. Also added advantage of being so close to two underground stations.

One part of the hotel is under refurbishment. Which involves (if your on level 6 room prefixed by a 1) going up 1 level in a lift then walking across bridge to 3rd level of separated block. Then up 3 sets of “back” stairs (6 flights) to the room. The room was freezing cold had to get the heating repaired. Bed was below standard (two singles clipped together) one side was much older than the other. I paid around £220 for one night not great value. Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular. I did let the manager know of my disappointment in the morning and they refunded the breakfast. Most of the staff doing their best, night staff below par. It would be good to know part of the hotel was under refurbishment then prospective customers could make a more informed choice.

Nice hotel in a great location (very center of London). Near two tube stations, plus the Uber Boats, and walking distance to a ton of sights. Great, helpful staff. The rooms were nice.
