We really enjoy our stay in this hotel. Perfect location, in a fancy neighborhood, really close to underground station. Hyde Park is just a little walk distance. Friendly and nice staff. Room is well decorated, with comfy bed. Bathroom has shower and bath tub. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Lots of amenities like electric kettle and coffee machine with plenty of tea and coffee pods. Complimentary bottles of water. Everything perfect! Just a suggestion: the only thing missing in the room is a mini fridge. About the breakfast, honestly we expected more variety and better options. Normally, a 5 stars hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a large selection of fresh products and healthy food. We found the buffet really basic, in accordance to a 3 stars hotel. And it’s not only about the variety, unfortunately food was not so tasty. This is not a bad feedback pure and simple, we hope the hotel would consider our review to improve breakfast service. But that said, we recommend this hotel and we will stay here again for sure!

The room we had was small - difficult to get around the bed. Bed was not that comfortable and pillows were not as you would expect for a 5 star hotel. It was clean and the staff friendly - breakfast was ok and the location close to the tube for easy access. Would not stay again due to room size and bed.

Not a 5 star hotel Staff was amazing and the room had everything you need including extras like towels and slippers, but I was definitely expecting a higher end hotel since it was listed as 5 stars. This hotel is barely 4 stars. I wish there were more consistently with the star ratings.
