Nice hotel, room is perfectly fine apart from no sound on the tv. The app used to open the room is temperamental to say the least but finally got the code to open the room door. Not the hotel's fault but woken up by people coming back to their room at about 11:30pm and then again at 5:25am by the guy in next room who clearly thought everyone needed to hear his music - either his tv sound was making up for mine or he'd brought his own speaker. Sleep not being an option had a cup of tea - nice tea/coffee selection and a decent size mug provided - then left 102 to his morning party set.
Decent location, easy to access the property and being on the top floor, we had reasonably good views.
Pre-check in was a faff. Shower was barely lukewarm, TV didn't work, missing bedside shelf and hardly any toilet paper supplied.
Hotel was clean and tidy. Check in process is a bit weird, no staff and access hotel and room via a code. Worked smoothly.

Good space for short term stay
I usually stay here all the time as it is close to where I work. It is a lovely space for short term stay.
I love the fact that they have a smart TV, so I can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. The experience is different depending on which room you are allocated.
I was shocked at the fast room service, when the toilet roll ran out, I called the team and they got someone to come and bring it to me.
As I always say, I just wish the sink, was bigger!

Disappointing
Room was nice, although a bit cold, even when the tiny radiator was turned to full. The main issue was the bathroom, which smelt bad, most liely due to the poor drainage in the property. The shower drained extremely slowly, so the bathroom flooded upon the first use. The staff were unable to fix so were told to use the small showerhead at half power, which was less than ideal.
I’m from NYC and this place as small to me. Shower has been leaking into room for an extended time .. floor peeling up … water stains on bed …. So incredibly hot … and paint as filthy
It was a fabulous prpoerty for what we paid for.
If you want a good price and to be able to cook for yourself.

Wasnt bad for the money. Kitchen was lacking a few basic things like a plug for the sink, tea towels , no cloth for washing dishes. We had no frypan either and our friends did on the 3rd floor. No fresh towels during our 4 night stay which was disapointing. Area wasnt great either witnessed an armed hold up on the first night at the pie place across the road.
Nice quirky little hotel, close to transport. Staying in the Mezzanine room meant lugging suitcases up 3 and a bit flights of stairs would live to see a dumb waiter stem installed for luggage as well as maybe a fridge in the room. Otherwise a decent stay
Check in was awful. I hadn’t read my email and you need to check in online. I had no data and was standing in the freezing cold asking to be let in so I could get warm.
Walls must be paper thin as I heard everything that was going on all night!
Basic room, clean but bathroom is so tiny. You could hear the snoring from the room besides you as the walls are thin.

Comfortable enough but very noisy!
After an initially clunky check in process getting into our room we found everything to be comfortable and offered all we needed for a couple of days in London. However the noise all hours of the night was extremely loud. The hotel is on a busy road and whilst we appreciate London is a busy city the room is not sound proofed in any way. It’s an old building that’s been converted with wooden sash windows. Bigger, more chain-y type hotels tend to have sound proofing. We found it tricky to sleep with the noise! Also the bathroom was very small and difficult to fit into! Thankfully we’re both slim but if you’re slightly larger I don’t think you’d fit in the shower. Also, no lift that we could see. So don’t book unless you’re happy with stairs. About a 15 min walk to London Bridge Tube Station. But overall comfortable enough to manage for a couple of nights whilst in London.

Had to change rooms two times with the first reason being the room wasn’t cleaned from the prior occupants, and the second room having a faulty bathroom light beyond repair of the maintenance team. Staff were excellent when coming to our aid for assistance.
