I had an extremely poor experience at Cityspace Tower Bridge. To start, the double bedroom was not nearly the size that it was depicted in the photos; there was also no closets, desks, or outlets in the bathroom. Second, we were not able to sleep at all on the second night of our stay due to another guest screaming in the room next to ours. We also had to call the police not once but twice due to the extremity of the issue.

Had to change hotels because this was so bad
Heating didn't work, room was freezing, bathroom towels felt damp when I arrived, and there was a grate in the ceiling that went out onto the road, so light leaked in all night. Was booked in for two nights, but rebooked into a Premier Inn after one.

10 out of 10 - CitySpace Tower Bridge
Had a fantastic stay at the CitySpace Tower Bridge. Room was immaculately clean and well resourced with tea and coffee. The hotel is well positioned for transport into central London with a bus stop just around the corner. Local shops pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Will definitely stay here again excellent value for money. Better value than the so called cheaper chain hotels.

Very basic, comfy bed but room needs more thought
Check in very smooth and room adequate for one person with very comfy and clean bed and towels. Downsides; the kettle can't be plugged in where the tray is so you need to move the whole tray (the kettle is built in) and have it on the bed to reach the plug, same with the hairdryer - only plug is miles away from the bathroom mirror - a simple extension lead would sort it. The rooms need painting, they are in poor condition. I had a windowless room and the power went off completely half an hour before check out (think it was a leak in another room so not the hotels fault). Due to no window though it was pitch black and I had to wait half an hour in complete darkness for maintenance to move me to another room to get ready.
