Excellent staff. Very convenient to all transportation, especially the Heathrow Express. There’s good coffee and breakfast options on site. If it matters, there isn’t a safe or iron in the rooms. The showers are good and everything is clean. All a traveler needs really.

Great little hotel very close to Paddington station. Decor is very stylish. Cosy lounge. Great breakfast. Only negative was that the bathroom door could be a little more opaque.

All places around Paddington are ridiculously small and expensive this is too. But I liked the staff and the room was clean, and it is not the worst I have stayed in.

Beautiful, convenient, but tiiiny and a bit smelly
This hotel was right across from the train station, which is just what we needed for an early departure for the airport. However, I wouldn't recommend it for any more than 1 night. It was very tight to have 2 people in there. There was zero airflow so it got very stuffy at night, and they're having some sort of problems with wet carpets bc everything smelled very musty everywhere. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues - stairs to get up to the hotel, and even with taking the lift we had to navigate extra stairs to get to our rooms, tough with heavy suitcases. It was well designed and affordable though!
