I had a very disappointing stay at this so-called 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, after taking full payment, I was told my room was not ready because they had offered other guests a late checkout. When I pointed out that this was not my problem and that I had booked and paid for a room from 3pm, the staff continued to justify themselves by saying the other guests were "members" and therefore had priority. It felt like they were trying to make it my issue rather than owning their poor management. After a long back and forth, we were eventually given a room, but the attitude clearly showed that guest service is not their priority. What made the experience worse was how dismissive the staff were—it even made me question if race played a role, as we are Indian and felt unfairly treated compared to how other guests were being handled. Regardless, no 5-star hotel should treat paying guests this way. Breakfast service was equally poor— painfully slow, and I’m still waiting for the almond coffee I ordered. Overall, this was nowhere near the standard of a 5-star experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or basic hospitality.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location is not great but Uber is everywhere and the Tube is a quick walk. Would definitely stay here again. Special shout out to Stalin at the front desk!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff is incredible and everyone was incredibly kind to my kids. Close to many of the sites of London and definitely walkable. My family would absolutely stay here again.

The staff is excellent all very helpful and friendly. My family and I had excellent interactions with each member from the day we checking in to checking out. The property is well maintained. It's within walking distance of restaurants, public transportation and right on the river. We walked to landmarks in both directions on the waterfront. The only surprise was that the guest rooms don't have a view of the river.
