The hotel was full so we were in a disabled room with lower sink, toilet. No fan/exhaust in the bathroom. Parking is an issue and we had to park 4 streets away and download a specific app to pay for parking. Within close walking distance to Free Derry Museum.

Nice hotel in excellent location. All attractions walkable. Young woman at front desk very pleasant and extremely helpful with good advice. The only downside is the limited parking in the hotel garage. We had to park in a lot several blocks away.

Great historic location

The staff was quite wonderul. They had parking, a great restaurant and clean rooms. The staff actually helped us sort out a problem with a different hotel brand for our future travels. Really lovely people!
