Loved this hotel & town! The hotel is in the midst of it all. Plenty of options & things to do. The hotel staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great location, but parking isn't easy. Lovely staff, but says had a contractor come into my room unannounced. Scary. Wish my room had had a view other than a W window well, but otherwise very comfy.

Lovely hotel with good food. Staff friendly...not sure if this happens all the time or because its beginning of a New Year....offered a glass of prosecco at check in and again with breakfast. Chocolates and biscuits are a lovely wee touch in room which makes up for the lack of a view. Short walk thru Richmond Centre to Millenium Theatre so ideal place to stay for a show. The bed however in "Abbey" is a massive let down....every spring could be felt on one side of the bed so one of us slept on all the pillows to compensate...not at all comfortable but it would not prevent us using this hotel in the future as everything else was very clean and comfortable in both the bar and the restaurant
