As a small, local business that is focused on guest experience, we are unique in that we not only own and manage all of our vacation rentals, but we have also built or remodeled each one.

A lovely, spacious, very well-equipped luxury home with beautiful ocean views- out family had a fabulous holiday week together spent a lot of time in the game room playing board games and watched some movies on the nice 75 inch TV in the LR! The hot tub was also super fun to have after long chilly beach walks. We all would love to return for another vacation!

The house is very well supplied. From Kitchen appliances to beach supplies it's all there. There's room for everyone and the beach is just a few steps out the back door. Excellent house for a group

Husband and I stayed here with a group of friends for new years and it was an excellent spot for us! It’s a short walk to the beach, the hot tub is in a spot where you actually want to hang out and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Would absolutely book here again.

Fantastic Weekend

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been incredible. The grass backyard is a new addition since our last stay but was so nice for outdoor activities. Great Property that we will use again in the future.

Great Place to Build Memories

This property was absolutely beautiful, and my friends/family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently located close to town and the beach. Communication with the owner (Toby) was outstanding; he really wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer than we did!

Luxury and comfort!

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It has everything you can ask for and more including top of the line appliances and comfy beds. Just a short walk down a private trail to the beach! Thank you Toby for sharing your beautiful home.
