Had a great time!!!

We stayed here in June 2018. We had a party of 14, 7 adults & 7 children. Spent a lot of time at the pool and the kids playing in the game room. With children it was so nice there was lots of toys to play with, we have never had that at any other place we have stayed. The house was comfortable and Joni is a very kind and responsive host. Only issue was we didn't want to leave... we hope to go back to the Happy house again in the near future!!!

Happy House was large enough for our group

Game room and pool was a plus for us, never thought I’d see children put down phones and enjoy each other laughing and enjoying life as we did when we were young, there was plenty of room, washer and dryer was a plus to keep up with clothes for 14 people. Overall stay was awesome, we will return. Joni is an awesome owner.

Cozy

Joni is the best hostess I have ever come across on HomeAway, AirBnb and VRBO. We evacuated from Florida ahead of Irma's landfall and she was extremely kind to let us check in early and even offered to let us stay as long as we wanted at no extra charge. We were so blessed to rent a cozy home with every amenity possible. Our kids loved the game room. The pool table was a hit with the kids. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We will be sure to rent from you again should we ever end up in Mississippi once more.

Home away from Home

We had a couple families staying together, there was plenty of room for the kids and adults to have their space. Our kids enjoyed the pool, game room, and the huge backyard! The adults enjoyed the outdoor sitting area, the large family room and plenty of space to cook and grill. We ran out of propane and I sent an email at 830am, and the tanks were refilled and hooked up at the grill by 9:00am. We truly were impressed working with Joni and her ambition to make sure we were happy campers at the happy house!

I was going to give it 5 stars but the furniture was older a little renovation wouldn't hurt.

Besides the furniture everything that was explained on the website you got, I have no complains it was clean, just little things that could of been better but I had a great time overall!!
