April Getaway

Beachplace is a lovely condo community set right on the beach at the south end of Longboat Key. The owners and lessees were friendly and welcoming. The private beach is a short walk past the clubhouse, pool, athletic facilities, etc. Great for morning walks along the beach and for viewing spectacular sunsets! Lots of amenities and easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this location to you!

Fantastic

We had some problems in the beginning because of work being done in other condos. But Jeff was there to try and help us make the best of it! The view from our condo was just amazing!

Beautiful!

We loved our stay at Beach place. The condo was clean, very well stocked and quite comfortable. Beach place is a beautiful property with a lovely pool that my kids enjoyed and the beach at your door step. Long boat key is truly a gem that makes you feel like you have your own private island.
