There is a communal washer and dryer facility that is on the same floor as the unit.

It is agreed that once the application for your vacation has been approved by the board, a check in the amount of $500.00 will be sent to Privateer North Condo Assn. The check will be held if any damage to common properties. Is done during the check in/check out once your stay is complete (in and out) the deposit will be refunded.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
