This luxurious COVID free top floor end unit condo was newly furnished in 2022 and features an elevator. Taking in views of the ocean and canal, while enjoying morning cup of coffee is breathtaking! Views also include the bay, lush landscaping and the swimming pool!

You'll find this condo spotless, deep cleaned and sanitized before you arrive. All linens are white and bleached. Under each sink is cleaning solutions and a washer and dryer is on site, in the condo.

Charter a yacht or pontoon for the day or week (we have connections!) Walk or ride to restaurants and shopping! Paddle board, kayak, swim, golf. Make dinner in a fully furnished kitchen. There is endless opportunity to relax and have fun on this upscale island, just a short causeway away from the mainland.

This condo has four brand new big screen smart televisions, wifi, reclining leather couch, bar, scooters, fishing poles, portable crib, and more.

The bedroom with a Murphy bed doubles as an office, for the professional getaway.

Great stay

Everything was great, clean, comfortable beds. Great overall experience. Nice pool, great views. Restaurants close. Victoria was easy to get in touch with, responded promptly.
