GUEST ACCESS
The property is accessible only by boat. Please note that you have to book your boat arrangements by yourself before going here.

Docking stations
Front Dock – Best for smaller boats (includes 2 jet ski lifts).
Rear Dock – For larger boats, with designated docking spots.

NOTE: 7018 Palm Drive is only available when renting through Ben’s Boat Rental and there isn’t designated parking for the home otherwise.

GETTING AROUND
The island has no cars. It’s walkable via a dirt path connecting all homes. Flashlights help for evening walks.

There’s a common dirt road running through the island. Great for exploring or getting around on foot.

Feel free to use available amenities such as paddleboards, outdoor seating, and the fire pit.
