Awesome place!

The condo was spotless. It's exactly as pictured. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the ocean. The outdoor areas of the property were very beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pool was heated and bigger than it looks in the pics. We loved that the beach chairs, toys, etc. were provided and we didn't have to buy, rent, or carry those things with is. The grassy courtyard area with the gated pool and shuffleboard along with the grilling area and outdoor tables made this a great environment for adults to relax and kids to run around and play freely.

This condo includes a limited view of the gulf from the patio and a full view of the pool and shuffleboard court area. If you have tweens, this is a great condo to keep an eye on them no matter which direction they go. This condo also has a very well appointed kitchen, with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and even some ziploc bags, foil, Saran Wrap, spices, sugar, extra coffee and tea (December 2023) that you might need for your stay.

Really couldn’t be better. Only slight annoyance was the very squeaky beds in the second bedroom. Eventually my son moved to the living room and slept on the very comfortable couch. Sand Cay doesn’t have the charm of Sanibel or the shells but the beach was lovely and loved having loungers to use on the beach.

Great family vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo... fully stocked kitchen... open floor plan... gulf view from the balcony. Property is a short walk to the beach. Plenty of lounge chairs provided on the beach for guest use. I would definitely rent this condo again!

We loved the big kitchen and wide open living space , our outdoor patio/ deck was fun , views of gulf & pool. We will be back and rent this unit again -

Unit kitchen well stocked. Furniture in living room is getting tired, but serviceable. We stayed in same unit about 2 years ago, and noticed the change.
