This three-bedroom, two-bath unit features a heated swimming pool, private beach access, private balcony and all the amenities of home. Features include a beautiful Gulf front view, wireless Internet access, light and bright decorations, 42 inch Plasma TV, stereo, and a full-sized kitchen.
Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Villas of Avignon #102 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.
