Excellent site but beware of hidden fee
O2 camping site is lovely - quiet, well maintained and friendly, while the mobile home was spotless, modern and very comfortable. Take your own bedding and towels to save hiring them there at €8 each. We took advantage of the indoor pool and the children loved the outdoor space. The only thing to be aware of is that you are expected to clean the mobile home to a professional standard at the end of your stay or incur a €45 cleaning fee, which is not mentioned on any correspondence from Hotels.com. We only found out about it after our stay when we were told that it would be taken out of our deposit. The site states that it is mentioned on the booking confirmation but Hotels.com never forwarded this to us. Hopefully O2 Camping and Hotels.com will sort this (we were one of the first people to book through the site) but in the meantime, factor it into the costs. It is still good value for a lovely site.
