3 days, no cleaning. No discounts given. Breakfast minimal. Arguments from desk staff. Owner responded to google review saying my room would have been cleaned if I didn’t have a do not disturb sign on the door. My room didn’t even HAVE a sign, and if it did it wouldn’t be on the door when I’m gone all day!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Will not stay here ever again no matter how often I return to Longview. Absolutely disgusted.

That has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I’ve even gone to the Indian ones but when I’m telling you, these ladies are mean oh my gosh my toilet flooded for the third time. I stayed the whole timey I asked for lien blankets I really believe I Need a refund or at least discount consider the way the fn talked to me like so trash versus very disappointing to she embarrassed herself acting linwould like to talk to uober manager because u don’t treat people like that .. very mean and the Wi-Fi didn’t work or phone who time
