Almost great

I have family in the Longview area so we visit often. This property was in a great location and Very clean but unfortunately we would not book here again. There were only two issues with the property but they are both deal breakers.1- We are a family of 5 with 3 kids 13,12,9. There was not sufficient seating in the living space to accommodate us. the furniture in the main living space is VERY small and did not allow for us all to sit at the same time. 2- The beds were quite literally one step below concrete slabs. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. Due to the bed being SOOOO hard there was lots of tossing and turning which highlighted how loud and creaky the bed frame was. Needless to say we left very tired which made for a difficult drive back home. Outside of those two issues it was a Great place to stay. Very clean with nice updated bathrooms.

This duplex is well maintained and newly remodeled. The owners were very responsive and so nice! Great place to stay in Longview.

Extremely clean!

I think this is possibly the cleanest property I have stayed at...and I have never stayed at a dirty one! The mattresses are extremely comfortable..but extra firm, which is how Ilike it. Sofa's are not so comfortable, but not a big deal. Close to shopping needs and cute little back yard.

Lovely stay!

I have rented both sides of this duplex. This unit is extremely clean and back bedroom very quiet. The front master can be noisy at night due to busy street traffic. There is a small fenced back and covered parking. I will rent again. DJ

Very nice, Clean

Nice and bright and new feeling. Was very nice. I would suggest curtains (black out) on the front window in the office area, Though there were black out curtains in the bedroom area, light poured in from the other side of the room there making it hard to fall asleep. Very nice communication before and once there. We had trouble getting the lock to engage to close though. It was great, convenient to where we needed to be and would definitely stay there again.

A great location to visit daughter at LeTourneau

We enjoyed this visit to Longview, central location to campus and restaurants, and a bonus was a jogging/bike trail right next to the house!

Clean/Middle of city property

We had a great time at Alma’s property! The place is located in the center of Longview (which was helpful with us going between LeTourneau University and the north side shopping). Alma was very communicative when I had trouble with the front door lock (and I hadn’t even asked for help!). We had 4 adults and we fit comfortably. There are blinds on the windows, but no curtains, so make sure to bring sleeping eye masks or you will get woken up by how bright the room can get! Mattresses are FIRM—my husband’s back loved it. Alma was a great host and we would definitely come back if we are in the area again! Thanks Alma!
