Welcome to Lopar on the beautiful island of Rab. This cosy and tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers the ideal place for a relaxed holiday for two or with the family on 40 m². The accommodation is suitable for up to four people and combines a quiet location with short distances to the beach and all important facilities in the town.



The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. Two covered balconies provide additional space to relax and are perfect for breakfast outdoors or a cosy evening after an eventful holiday day. Air conditioning, WiFi and SAT-TV provide additional comfort. We are happy to provide a cot upon request. Pets are not allowed.



A particular highlight of the accommodation is the generous outdoor area with its exceptionally designed, organically shaped pool landscape. The modern facility with its curved lines, shallow relaxation areas and integrated water slide creates a special holiday atmosphere and invites both relaxation and shared holiday experiences with the family. The combination of water, generous sunbathing areas and Mediterranean ambience makes this area a central meeting point of the house.



The offer is complemented by a well-maintained garden with a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers and parasols as well as a garden terrace and a summer kitchen. Grilling facilities are available to all guests. For children, there is also a play area with a slide, trampoline, swing, sandpit and seesaw. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.



The location is ideal for those who appreciate the beach and short distances. The well-known sandy beach of Lopar is only about 150 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for water sports, boat trips, hiking and cycling tours and make the accommodation the perfect starting point for a varied holiday on Rab.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet usage, air conditioning and the local tax.
