Welcome to our comfortable apartment on the first floor in Lopar, ideal for couples or small families. The apartment offers space for 2 adults and 1 child and is perfect for enjoying the beach and tranquillity.



The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The living room with integrated kitchen offers satellite TV, air conditioning and a sofa bed for a child. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood and filter coffee machine.



Enjoy the sunny terrace (10 m²) with partial sea view, ideal for outdoor breakfast or relaxed evenings. Bed linen, towels and socket covers are provided. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome, a baby cot can be provided upon request.
