The holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab is located in a quiet, green environment, only about 500 m from the sandy beach. The complex offers six apartments for 3-6 people, most of which are air-conditioned and some offer sea views. Each apartment has WiFi, satellite TV, a kitchen, its own bathroom and a furnished terrace or balcony. Pets are allowed in one apartment.



Guests have access to a spacious garden with a sunbathing lawn, a garden terrace, barbecue facilities, and a communal washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.



The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, sleeping chair and baby cot upon request, living and dining area, kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A private terrace with table and chairs invites relaxation. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, sailing, diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, parasailing, cycling, kayaking, tennis, beach volleyball, fishing or excursions to attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other infrastructure are conveniently accessible.



Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, bedding, towels, electricity, water, WiFi, kitchen towels, and tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for final cleaning, air conditioning, pets, baby cot, and use of the communal washing machine.
