We booked Shannon's place because it had four bedrooms and would accommodate the whole family for my son's graduation from Baylor. It was a great place that was peaceful, quiet, and had nice views of the countryside. We loved all of the space and privacy. Originally, I was concerned that it might be too far out of Waco, but I was pleasantly surprised. The property is less than ten minutes from the town of Robinson, which has a great grocery store and good places to eat. A Walmart and a great hospital are within 10 minutes as well. We were 20 minutes or less from everywhere that we wanted to go in Waco, including the graduation ceremony. Shannon was a wonderful, thoughtful, and responsive host. She went out of her way to accommodate us and be helpful when my Dad had some health issues during our stay.
It was very clean and the host was great to work with! It was perfect for gathering together with lots of areas to relax and visit. Would definitely come back!!
We used this getaway for our niece's wedding. We overcame a Texas cold snap and all that brings for an outdoor wedding. Our grandchildren couldn't join us. They caught RSV. When we let Shannon know that we wouldn't be using the property the whole weekend, she refunded the second night and the cleaning fee.
The house is clean and easy to navigate. The kitchen has extra large sinks - perfect for Thanksgiving.
Shannon was easy to work with - even when we left some belongings behind - and I would highly recommend that you give this place a try!
We had a wonderful girls weekend. My mom, sisters, daughter and granddaughter visited Magnolia Market and Spice Village. Great trip! The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms were clean.
We stayed here while visiting our daughter at Baylor for homecoming weekend. Away from the bustle and noise of town, with plenty of room to stretch out and relax after the game. Perfect spot! Thank you!
This house was perfect for a weekend with family. The house is beautifully decorated and has a great open layout. It was nice and clean with cozy beds and bedding. The weather ended up being cold and rainy but we still had a fun time indoors!
