This spacious, clean, beautiful home is the perfect oasis for anyone looking to escape, restoring body, mind & soul! Take a dip in our supersized in ground pool, complete with lounging chairs & drink tables or soak up the incredible Texas night sky in the warm glow of the fire pit far enough from the city lights, you can actually see the stars! If you need a gathering place, look no further... you've found the one. Space for the entire family, friends, co-workers- you name it, this is the retreat you've been looking for. Large, functional kitchen with ample cabinet & seating space, open concept living area with extremely comfortable couch & large tv, SO MANY SLEEPING OPTIONS! The main house has 5 bedrooms - one king bed in the master, two queen rooms, a daybed + trundle in the office, and a large bunk room with 2 single beds over full beds.

The barn on site sleeps 8 people comfortably along with 2 additional inflatable mattresses. Boasting a large living area with 2 triple bunks, a private bedroom w/ king bed, accommodating kitchen area & full bathroom- this is a space is sure to impress.

This massive pool, sand volleyball court & basketball hoop is your (& the kids') ticket to the most incredible vacation yet! So what are you waiting for? Like a dream at your fingertips, we can help you create the most amazing memories sure to last a lifetime.

Guests will have access to entire property with the exception of a locked supply closet & garage area in the barn.

Please respect our NO PET policy. Many guests are highly allergic to pet dander. Their health & safety are highly important to us.

Life jackets/floaties are not provided.

This house is equipped with high-speed internet, DirectTV, 4 flat screen TVs, outdoor speakers, 2 Amazon Echo Dot devices, and there are doorbell cameras on the back porch and under the carport. No parties allowed.

The home was well-stocked for cooking and managing the needs of nine adults and eleven children. The host was very responsive to some minor needs. The pool was a welcome diversion for the grandkids, even in December.

We had a great time with our youth group at this lovely property. The pool and volleyball courts were a hit. Even in hot summer, the breeze was nice in the backyard by evening time. Check-in was easy, we made all our meals on-site in the main kitchen, and overall enjoyed quality time away from the city. The hosts were very easy to work with!

Great family vacation

The property is beautiful and very roomy. Having the main house and barn was perfect. The barn provided a little extra space for the adults without kids to sleep without being disturbed; the extra kitchen came in handy, and we had a place to play board games without disturbing the kids at night. The only drawback was that the bunk beds in the barn are very small, so only sized for kids. One adult slept on an air mattress so it worked out fine. The pool is wonderful. Very big, and the area around the pool is very nice. The yard was beautiful, very green, and a really nice area to spend the evenings playing games or roasting marshmallows in the firepit. Our family cooks all meals on our family vacation weekend. The kitchen was minimally equipped, so we were able to work with what was there but could have used a wider variety of utensils and baking dishes. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. They had a place to all bunk down at night, and to hang out to watch TV together. There was a little table and chairs provided for kids, which was a nice touch. Also a big folding table and folding chairs to supplement the dining table. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this place and appreciate having such a beautiful and comfortable place to spend our family vacation.

Graduation celebration

We stayed with extended family ages 25-80 for Baylor graduation and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for everyone, and lots of amenities to enjoy for all ages. Clean and well kept, about 20 minutes from campus and downtown. Easy one level access for guests with limited mobility. Wish there was more seating in the living room of the main house, but otherwise it's a great place to gather with a large group of family and friends.

We had a great time sitting around the fire at night after exploring Waco during the day. There was plenty of space for our group of 16. The property manager was incredibly responsive.

Wonderful property for large family

Our extended family had a fabulous time at this beautiful property. The layout was great, with plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone. The separate barn worked well as a hangout for the girls and everyone enjoyed the outdoors. The pool was very nice, the volleyball court and cornhole were lots of fun, and the large fire pit was perfect for evening relaxation. We loved the large, open living room and kitchen, and the back patio also provided a great space to hang out. This house provided a peaceful, relaxing, and very fun vacation for everyone in our party (ages 15-97). The check-in/check-out processes were very easy and stress-free, and the hosts were very responsive to any of our requests. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Several family members and friends were in town for a college graduation. Property was clean and spacious and served our needs perfectly. Convenient to arrivals from both Waco and Austin. Relaxing Holiday Getaway

The home was big and comfortable for everyone. Kids had a large outdoor area to run and play. Plenty of beds for all guest. The management company was prompt on fixing things and very professional. Overall, my family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this property.

Organized Chaos

We rented the property for family and friends to gather and celebrate my son's 14th birthday. The barndominium was the perfect place for the boys to hang out and be boys while most of the adults relaxed in the main house. It was spacious, offered tons to do and was a beautiful space both indoors and outdoors. The house was very clean and just as advertised. It really did make for a memorable stay.

Yearly Family Vacation

We had good family time at the property, however, we rented the property based on the pool and other family amenities. We were informed only days before our arrival that the pool was not operational, through the property manager asking us to keep the kids out of the pool area. This impacted our visit greatly, as we ended up spending most of our time away from the property instead of spending time at the property.

Lovely escape

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was gorgeous, so peaceful and remote, but close enough to town you don't feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The house was great, plenty of beds and space for all.
