Enjoy a comfortable stay in this 12 m² private room, located in a fully renovated luxury building in the heart of the city. The spacious and bright room has a double bed (140 x 190), a desk, a wardrobe and a television for your comfort.
You will have access to the shared areas: a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, and a bathroom and toilet shared with other guests. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a large 100 m² garden with a terrace and furniture, ideal for relaxing.
The building is located in the centre of Lorient, but on a quiet, low-traffic street. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants and services, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. Parking is free on the street or available in nearby paid car parks.
