Welcome to Bayview Villa Number Two.

One of four classic beach units in a prized location, this simple 2 bedroom brick unit ticks all the boxes for your coastal escape.
Location is just about second to none. 100m From the beach & shops, opposite the oval and set back enough to be quiet and private.

Neat and clean, Bayview features front balcony with stunning Loutitt bay views, rear courtyard with WebberQ, open plan living and games table. Undercover parking and air-conditioning top the list of must have facilities. Bayview Villa is a simple, comfortable retreat for you and your family. Base yourself here and explore the Great Ocean Road or simply sit back and enjoy the view.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

holiday with a view

We can fir 3 nights and woke each morning to a stunning beautiful sight of the ocean. Walked 5 min to the beach where our Whippet “Boy” had a great time running and playing fetch. We met so many nice people who like us came to relax in Lorne.

Great Location

Great location and walking distance to everything in Lorne. Very secure yard for dog's. Comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen and modern clean house, can't wait to stay again. We loved relaxing in the afternoon with the pool table and hookie.

Great place in a fantastic spot

We had a great stay here - the house had everything our family of four needed, was clean and neat, and the location is so good - the sunrises from the lounge and main bedroom alone are worth it! Will definitely be back.

Short getaway

This appartment is close to the beach and shops. It has a good kitchen and bathroom, however it is an older property and has a very musty smell going up the stairs. Good value for money though.

Easy holiday Unit

Had a great time in Lorne over the weekend, Nice clean and comfortable accommodation very close to the main part of lorne beach and shopping. Was great that it was pet friendly as it meant we could bring little MOMO along who loved the dog friendly beaches of lorne. Thanks for a great weekend

Excellent location, perfect for us

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was exactly what we needed - excellent location, spacious, warm and comfty beds. We also brought our dog and the courtyard was perfect for her. The new kitchen and bathroom are ideal and the balcony and main bedroom catch the brilliant sunrise. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Summer Holiday

Bayview 2 was great. The location was fanastic, very central and being the busiest time of year it was great to leave the car behind and walk everywhere. Most of all we loved that we could bring our dog along with us. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Unclean & musty apartment with great location

A bit average. 1st time in the place it stunk and was covered in dog fur. Spoke to the agent at Great ocean and he sent in the cleaner. Unfortunately this did little as it needs a steam clean so we had to put up with the smell and dog fur for the next 4 days. Place is really quite tired and a lot of things are either broken or not working. Also it just lacks a lot of the touches that makes a place special when you head on holiday. In saying that the location is fantastic and the bbq is a good little webber. Unfortunately the state of the place over-rode this and overall this spot was below average.

Great location!

We stayed here for a week, the location is fabulous. Short 1minute walk to shops and beach with views of the ocean from the main bedroom and lounge. Clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool table and hookey board!
