Very unclean - bath was dirty. Steam room was dirty as were shower rooms Looked like an old hospital building - the old section. Lots of renovation going on and lifts were full of stuff due to Reno and noise levels bad in morning with workers Only good thing was the view

Tired hotel. We had a 1-bedroom apartment, good size but definitely dated. Slight delay at check in and we had a knock on the door at 10:02 regarding check out. Location is wonderful right in the heart of Lorne with the beach at your doorstep.

Was a lovely spot to stay. Room was just what we needed. A little out dated but they are doing renovations throughout the hotel. Staff lovely and the breakfast was probably the best we have had on our trip so far
