Allergy friendly as the property has mostly polished floorboards and polished concrete.

Note: only family bookings and mature aged groups are accepted. We can not accept large groups of young people or bucks parties at this property. Excellent accommodation for conference participants as a short walk to the Main Street.

Two levels with separate living zones perfect for 2 to 3 families.
Upstairs:
Two (2) bedrooms (1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed ), central bathroom with stand alone shower, bath and separate toilet, Huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with a bifold opening up to 2 large decks, one under cover facing South East and one not under cover facing North capturing all day sun. North facing bifold doors with 5 metre span opening up on to North deck creating indoor/outdoor living. Polished boards, open fire place, reverse cycle heating /cooling upstairs and downstairs.Excellent ocean and bush views.

Furnished as follows; 1 X 3 seat lounge, 1 x 2 seat lounge, 1 x 1 seat lounge chair. Dining table seats total of 10 to 12 people plus 10 seat outdoor table and chair setting, gas barbecue on undercover deck area with spare gas bottle, 48”Smart TV with Netflix capability, sound system. Kitchen stone bench tops with induction cooktop, electric fan forced oven, dishwasher, 2 door fridge.

Downstairs:
Two (2) bedrooms (1 Queen size bed, 1 Queen & 1 set of single bunks and 1 set of bunks with a double bed and a single on top), central bathroom with separate toilet, laundry with washing machine.Large living area with billiard table and bifold doors opening up to huge under cover deck. Ocean and valley views. Polished concrete floors. Reverse cycle heating/cooling. Furnished as follows; Corner 5 seat sofa, 8ft x 4ft Billiard table, small 4 seat dining setting; 32" Flat Screen TV/DVD.

Fully landscaped garden, car parking at the bottom of the stairs (not under cover). Short walk to main street, exceptionally private bush setting with great ocean views.

Our family stay of 12 people was a very good experience. Bed linen, towels provided were super clean. Kitchen had all amenities for us to cook on the premises. The terrace view of the ocean was very serene with ample of sitting area for a large group. Highly recommend this stay.

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to town. The house was just beautiful and had plenty of room for 10 women to have a great laugh over dinner. The views were spectacular and the host Julie is wonderful. Highly recommend for families and we will be back

Highly recommend this property. Everything from booking, check in and even late check out was great. The balcony and views are the best. Bonus to have a pool table which was used heaps. Has everything you need. Definitely our go to house for coming to Lorne

very helpful, informative and welcoming property owner. fantastic views and lounges to enjoy it! excellent beds and clean modern bathrooms . Only possible thing to complain of is perhaps car parking which is a little awkward but certainly not detrimental to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Loved the koalas that visited in the trees right by the deck!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is nothing short of magnificent with views to die for. The owner was incredibly accommodating and helped willingly with extra mattress and other requests. In short, we had a great time at Julie & Craig's property. They were a delight to deal with as hosts and the house was clean and our expectations were exceeded. The fireplace was a highlight as the weather was not terrific so this added to our holiday. Highly recommend.

Tree change with ocean views

A perfect house for a relaxing getaway, thanks to our hosts. We were a group of nine adult family members and from the moment we arrived, felt right at home, with plenty of space, a well appointed kitchen and living area and of course a beautiful outlook amongst the treetops with inquisitive King Parrots to greet us. The wood heater kept us cosy throughout our stay with plenty of wood supplied. We’d love to return.
