Boasting one of the best locations in Lorne with stunning ocean views, the Waterfront is true beachfront apartment living. 2 bedroom fully self contained apartment with private balcony, main bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining & lounge, Plasma TV & DVD player, reverse cycle heating & cooling, fully enclosed individual parking and all lined provided, right in the heart of Lorne.

No Carparking available - On Street parking only.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. From the balcony you are a part of the Main Street. Just a walk from the back of the property and you are surrounded by eateries and shops of all types. Skip across the road and you are “ down the beach “. Had a great time 😀

Perfect Lorne Location!

This place it right in the heart of town and perfect to walk everywhere in fact we parked the car and didn't go back to it at all during our stay. With 2 young kids the park, beach, pool and trampolining were straight across the road! The unit is well equipped, very comfortable and had everything we needed.. perfect in fact, The only downside I could find was the entry into the unit was pretty dirty, quite smelly and had smokers there constantly sitting on milk crates.
