Pool hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.<br>- a wading pool <br>- direct access to a fine-sand beach, the “Plage Dorée,” via a shaded walking path, 750 m away on foot (7 to 9 minutes).<br>- Free secure parking (limited spaces)<br><br>Located on the 1st floor, you have access to free parking with an automatic gate. Out of respect, we ask that you leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived. It must be clean (including the bathroom), tidy, with dishes washed and put away, and the trash emptied. Smoking indoors is prohibited.<br>2 duvets, 2 blankets, and 4 pillows (60x60) are provided. Sheets are provided. <br>A travel crib and a high chair can be provided (free of charge).<br>For stays shorter than 7 days, sheets and towels are not provided. They can be obtained for an additional fee.<br><br>Weekly rates:<br>Please return the rental agreement to me to secure the reservation with a 35% deposit:<br>A security deposit of €400 and the balance of the rental fee are due on the day the keys are handed over.<br>The security deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if an inventory is conducted in our presence, or forfeited after the property has been inspected.
