Luxury apartment is available to rent in Southeastern Spain next to the beautiful Mar Menor Lagoon in Los Alcazares with around three hundred days of sunshine per year and an average annual temperature of 21 ºC. The apartment is in a fully gated complex with three large communal pools and can only be accessed by key owners.
Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Consum) are only 5 minutes walk, the shallow water, sandy beach is just 12 minutes walk. The beautiful and colourful promenade is seven kilometres long and all along the paseo are plenty of bars, restaurants and children’s play areas. You can also learn or practice water sports like sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding etc
Multiple golf courses are available just a stone’s throw away from the apartment.
Murcia airport is 30 minutes, Alicante airport is 1 hour away from the apartment by car.
