This is a perfect newly fully refurbished luxury ground floor one bed apartment for couples only or with a child suitable for a travel cot, within 100metres of the beach which is the start of a beautiful 7km shore line walk along the sea of the Mar Menor from Los Narejos to Los Alcazares whether by barefoot on the beach or in flip flops along the relaxed paved promenade.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

General overview

Set in a gated community resort with 24/7 security with available free parking if you wish to hire a car during your stay – the resort is within a very local Spanish area with local good Spanish restaurants and bars – however the option to walk 10 minutes to a busier lively area where you can enjoy further entertainment into the early hours with the various cultures who visit the area and have made it their permanent home.

The Apartment is personally owned by my Husband and I, which gives it that extra special touch of class that appreciates what our guests are looking for in terms of all the home comforts to immediately relax and put the flip flops on.

Bonito,elegante y estupendo apartamento

Geri se ha preocupado e implicado al 100% para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más satisfactoria posible. El apartamento cumple con todas las expectativas pues el mobiliario, electrodomésticos y enseres son nuevos y de gran calidad. Dispone de un buen menaje y utensilios de cocina. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, enseguida enfría todo el apartamento. Posee mosquiteras. El acceso a la piscina es directo desde el salón. La urbanización dispone de seguridad y aparcamiento. Se encuentra cerca de la playa. Surgió algún imprevisto que Geri atentamente se encargó de solucionar de manera eficaz por lo que quedamos muy contentos con su labor. Estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y de dar respuesta inmediata. En resumen, se trata de un apartamento muy acogedor y elegante, donde podrás disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones, con la tranquilidad de que Geri estará a tu disposición.
