Maybe as a last option I would stay here again.
I hate to complain. Here are few facts. The place is advertised a an 8 person property. The place is fit for 6 adults maybe 8 people if there is 4 young children and 4 adults. That being said, advertised as 8. There was ONLY 3 pieces of linen for the bathroom TOTAL, I do not know how 8 people are supposed to shower with 3 towels. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper!!!! SINGLE PLY AT THAT!!!!! Knobs were missing from the stove so if we wanted to cook.... well not "that" burner. The wall heater DID NOT WORK. We had to locate to nearest store around, at 9PM! So that basically meant we were going to Walmart. (add a heater and blankets to our shopping list). We had to go to Walmart at 930 that night JUST FOR toilet paper, bath towels, blankets and a room heater!!! Also , the property is advertised as a 1.5 bathroom. So I question what is 0.5 of a bathroom? There was only 1 small bathroom. One last statement. My wife was lying on the bed, she rolled over to switch sides she was laying on, and there is a plastic plant but next to was was a huge spill of white fluid on the wall that was never cleaned up. 1 positive note, the master bed was comfortable. I hope the owner takes this as constructive criticism and not just complaining.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Affordable and convenient location
We aren’t picky people, especially when it comes to a one night stay before we were off to our next stop. I think this place has a lot of potential and with it being a new listing I think it will only get better. However, the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. The sheets in one room were permanently stained. To the hosts credit they offered to get replacements over. Unfortunately, discovering stained sheets right as you’re about to lay down to sleep is not ideal, and I opted to just quickly get to bed on the futon. It was just my elderly father and I on this trip and he reported that the shower drain backed up, and as such, took as quick a shower as he could so he didn’t have to stand in the pooled water long. I skipped the shower to escape the same experience. There were a number of other frustrations; however, the last item I’ll bother listing here is the discrepancy between the checkout instructions on the VRBO app and the instructions sent to me by the host. VRBO had checkout listed as 11am and the instructions sent by the host had 10am the checkout time. I hope these criticisms are handled constructively. Best of luck! Oh! And I forgot my hat there! :(
