Manhattan Beach Condo located in the beautiful Sand Section. Stunning views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, Beach and Coastline! Family-friendly condo in an EXCELLENT location (Quiet, residential Neighborhood ideal for families and couples; no party policy.

2 BR+ queen sized sofa sleeper /2 BA condo with terrific Ocean views. Fully furnished.

Located 1.5 blocks from the beach. The Condo is just steps away from fabulous restaurants, shops and parks.

Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with step in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Newly remodeled with wood flooring and stone countertops throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances.

Manhattan Beach is a quiet, residential neighborhood, no loud parties allowed. 30 day cancellation prior to check in. Guests should bring their own soap and shampoo as well as food items such as bread, milk and condiments.

Smart TV's w/ Wi-FI, DVD, CD, cable TV, high speed internet w/ Wi-FI.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Full washer/dryer in unit. Includes parking in garage with automatic opener.

Stayed here with my daughter and 2 dogs for 5 days. The view was amazing and location to the beach really is perfect. Fyi It is quite the walk up the hill coming back from the beach. There's a grass park area everyone goes to about 3-4 blocks down the alley for dogs to potty. The condo is very nice and has all essentials to make it yours for your stay.Owner is very responsive and easy to contact!

Great place with expansive views of the ocean, just a minute’s walk from the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean, with restaurants and a gourmet market within blocks. Would definitely stay there again.

The view was amazing and the location was perfect for a family vacation, quiet, residential neighborhood, a very short walk to some wonderful coffee, shops, restaurants, and shopping. A very short walk to a beautiful beach and the strand. The place is a little dated, but very comfortable with a very nice kitchen that looks right out to the ocean. Very comfortable and clean.

Absolutely seamless process from booking to check-out, and Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The property itself was perfect for the “beach portion” of our trip, and the view is stunning! We had ample space and amenities, were within an even closer walking distance of the beach than I anticipated, and had effortless access to restaurants and shopping. We were very comfortable and sad to leave!

Perfect location. House was exactly as described. Only problem could not fit our SUV in garage, but we were made aware of that before we booked. Just a pain to find street parking but worth the effort!!Communication was flawless and easy check in and out.
