2) Pets allowed for added cleaning fee
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar indoors. Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify us immediately - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations.
4) Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am
5) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 3:00pm to 3 am. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by us.
Check Out: 11:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our unapproved late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 11:00am. Additionally, if you check-out after 12:30 pm without approval, then you will need to pay a fee equal to half a full day.
6) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. We will try our best to collect and recover them for you if you notify us. We are not responsible for any sort of shipping cost in order to retrieve said items.
7) There is no access to the garage, please don`t attempt to enter it.
This property contains 2 exterior cameras at the top lot, which are periodically monitored if we have suspicion of an unauthorized event.
