Room was clean enough and room service will come and tidy up as often as allowed. Were noticeable stains on the carpet. Pros: in the heart of downtown LA. UBER and lyft friendly with a plaza right across. They offer food at a cost Cons: no air vents in bathrooms no microwave in the hotel at all and you're not allowed to eat on the 2nd floor if it's not the restaurant food while the restaurant is open Pillows on the bed gave me a persistent headache that lasted the duration of my stay The front desk staff was pleasant enough but my husband told me the Hispanic lady who manned the 2nd floor was incredibly rude and unhospitable to him every time he went up there in the morning to work on his laptop.

I stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, and several families were already waiting in the lobby. The staff was rude and spoke about guests as if we weren’t standing directly in front of them. We decided to leave and return later. When we came back, the man at the front desk said, rather deceitfully, “Oh, right when you walked out, your room was ready.” I asked if check-in time was 3:00 PM, and he replied that it was only a “general” time and that check-in could start at 3:00 PM, not that it would. I was flabbergasted and asked to speak with a manager. He claimed he was the “lead of hospitality” (or something to that effect), offering no resolution or accountability. Overall, the lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy made this stay extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Room great. The lobby decor is terrible. I walked in to the hotel and almost left. How can a nice hotel have such a tacky cheap looking lobby. The check in desk looked like the county jail. Wow.
