Hotels.com changed me $86 but when I got to the hotel they said all the rooms are occupied. Why the confirmed booking and took? The they had no rooms available.

When I got there to check in, they told me that they were booked and expedia was still allowing people to book. I was turned away and had to fi d other accommodations.
