This was one of the best stays in LA! Definitely a hidden gem! Upon entering, the main entrance is so tidy and grand, and their attendants are virtual. All you have to do is stand in the yellow box and chat with them. We booked the jacuzzi room, and it was a really maintained room! The standup shower and jacuzzi were right by each other and was ventilated really well. The AC and Heater works as well :) The only complaint I have is that it takes a while for the housekeeper to actually come by when you request for one at the front, but once they do arrive, they're lovely people that helps and accommodates to our needs. Will definitely book again!

Easy access from the freeway. Good enough parking from what I saw. Having a digital only check in kiosk is a total nightmare. It took forever to check in. The kiosk didn’t scan IDs efficiently and there was a long backup. Cleaning staff came through the lobby and the noise drown out the sound of the kiosk. Outsourcing a front desk is an awful decision. I would not stay here again based on that.

I have never left a review on Expedia, but thought it important for this one. This hotel was terrible. The room smelled horrible. We paid for 2 nights, but left after the first night as we could not stand the smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. There is no front desk and the kiosk to talk with someone virtually was very clunky. No security as anyone can walk in/out of the lobby and on any of the floors as you don't need a key to get around. I would not stay here again.

They list them themselves as a hotel, but in fact, they are a motel . There’s no reception area with a lobby and staff,They do online checking. There’s no staff on site if you have any issues. A fight broke out in front of the room for an hour and a half with no security and we were stuck in the room.
