Well, it suppose to have shuttle bus every 30mintues, we and other passengers arrived on time but no shuttle we have to get on other hotel’s shuttle, this is not right! I am not happy with that. If you can’t offer the service as you promised, then you should tell everyone upfront, we do have other options of hotel too!

Disappointing Service and Poor Communication The facilities were decent, but the service was unacceptable. I booked two nights (needing less than 18 hours) to guarantee early check-in before 8am since my flight arrived during the night. We were NEVER informed about the “no show” policy - not once, despite booking for a same-day stay. When we arrived, their excuse was “this is standard at most hotels.” That’s irrelevant - YOU need to inform YOUR guests about YOUR policies upfront, especially in these circumstances. Instead, our room was resold and we were left stranded and uninformed. The front desk was cold, dismissive, and showed zero empathy. After an exhausting red-eye flight, we were told we’d lost our money AND had to wait until 4pm (it was 8am) to access a room. You’re supposed to be hospitality professionals - we’re not. This is literally your job, and it showed no professionalism whatsoever. The only person who showed decency was someone who, after three hours in the lobby, offered to store our bags and gave recommendations for killing time. That small gesture was the only bit of humanity we experienced. For a hotel next to a major airport, you should handle tired travelers better and communicate policies clearly. Also, not providing toothpaste in 2026 is absurd. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
