The convention center, Queen Mary, Rosepark Roasters Cafe is in the building! Modica's Italian deli is in the building and the 555 Steakhouse and bar is across the street. Also there is the Blind Donkey bar a block away, Brunch spots a block away and tons of other stuff! Bottom line you don't need a car. You can also walk to the beach it is 4 blocks away.
