The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There were some minor issues. First, the coat hanging space is too short and I had to hang my suit in the bathroom. Second, the shower button and handle were a little complicated and did not work at first. A technician came to help and got it fixed.

Honestly the front desk was very receptive and polite, helpful. One little surprise is this hotel is 1.5 miles from the airport and did not have a shuttle. I assumed it would being that close. The place was clean, the breakfast although I had to leave before it was served looked and smelled good. The noise was low and the rooms were clean and roomy.

The people working are nice, but the management forces you to Valet, or park in the street in the residential neighborhood. They there are only valet attendants there in the morning and at night, so if you need out during the day younhavetobhavebthebfrint desk walk you to your car. Just let people park their cars.

I love the La Quinta Inn in San Jose. It’s the best value in the entire city. The staff is so very friendly and kind and the free breakfast is outstanding. You can’t go wrong with this place. It’s very clean and new as well.
