ENJOY a short stay or a long vacation in this remodeled one bedroom apartment. New kitchen, bathroom and cabinetry. Unit is located on first floor with parking and laundry onsite. Enjoy wifi, cable, and Apple TV to use as you please. Located .4 miles away from LACMA and museum row. Centrally located to sites such as The Grove, Famers Market, Beverly Center, 10 freeway and Hollywood. Lovely place with everything you will need.

Unit is elderly friendly as it is on the first floor, it has a sliding glass door with an unobstructed street level view of the street.

Other things to note
Laundry room is located adjacent to the unit and is available 24/7 please read instructions for inserting coins and operating machines, the key to the laundry room is hanging in entrance with a blue tag that says laundry. Designated parking space is in the front of building marked #1 - there are pictures upon check-in. There is street parking as well for you and guests - be aware of posted signs for street cleaning.
