This Lovely Cottage sitting on one of the most desirable streets in South Torrance, this home is one of the famed "Story book Houses" with pitched roof, quaint front porch and white picket fence. These homes evoke a charming feeling of yester-year, reminiscent of a simpler time of authenticity, . Downstairs you'll find a remodeled country kitchen with chef's grade appliances (Viking stove, Sub-Zero fridge), wine fridge, living room with fireplace, dining area, family room, two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Think the house is great? The back yard is amazing! There are multiple access points to the huge backyard featuring a built in outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and sink, stamped concrete, spa, and eight foot deep pool with diving board. We had a great time at this place--it was as described. Lots of light coming into the living room/dining room area--central to our get-togethers. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and pool. Lovely stay in a well-equipped house.

Great stay in a lovely and very well-equipped cottage. The house had everything we needed for a stay of 7 days as a family with two kids. The location was, although not that close to the sea, in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. The house in itself was cosy and had a wonderful atmosphere. We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed a home away from home.

We had a lovely time with family here, There was an issue with the oven not heating correctly when we contacted the owner they provided us with an small tabletop oven which was sufficient for our needs.The property could benefit from some TLC but nothing that would affect any stay here. The location was ideal its a lovely safe neighbourhood, close to beaches and shopping.I would recommend a stay here.

Nice House

The house was very nice and roomy for us. Except for no dish towels or hand towels the house was well supplied. Oven took a long time to heat up but did work. All in all we enjoyed especially the hot tub!
