The former beach home of Miles Davis, this gated 4BR/5BA estate presents a one-of-a-kind oceanfront sanctuary.

Boasting 4,551 square feet of living space, the light-filled interior features a luxe all-suite layout and a marvelous chef's kitchen. Dine alfresco on your enormous ocean-view terrace, then walk right down to private beach access.

LIVING AREA

Past the large skylit atrium, the living area features an ocean-view wall of windows. Details include a big smart TV and a convenient office area.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious dishes in the impressive chef's kitchen, configured with a huge fridge, two dishwashers, and a six-burner gas range.

A larger-than-life Miles Davis mural accompanies the dining table for eight.

BED & BATH

This home accommodates eight guests in four suites, each with a smart TV.

Sleep soundly in the plush primary suite, appointed with a California king bed, a writing desk, and a private ocean-view balcony. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a separate water closet, a walk-in shower, and an ocean-view soaking tub.

The second and third suites each feature a queen bed, a writing desk, a private ocean-view balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fourth suite holds a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

A convenient guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, a separate vanity, and direct outdoor access.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The amazing ocean-view terrace offers ample outdoor lounging and dining space. Upscale touches include two gas firepits and a Frederick Remington reproduction.

Stroll past meditation benches and a gazebo through the beautifully landscaped backyard. Located down a winding pathway, your direct beach access sets you just south of the famous County Line. A beachfront wood-burning firepit provides evening ambience.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and central air-conditioning are provided. A dedicated laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and a sink.

Parking is provided for three cars in the gated driveway. Street parking is not available.

This home has a two-story layout. The pathway to the beach has the equivalent of several flights of stairs, and does not have handrails.

The fireplaces in the home are not operational.

West of Malibu on an exclusive stretch of shoreline, this coveted setting is perfect for a quiet beach getaway. The peaceful beach below is essentially inaccessible to non-property owners.

Stroll the sands at low tide to the famous surf beach County Line, just north of the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Amazing location!
The location of this property is amazing. The views are incredible. The beach is just 60 stairs away in the backyard. The stairs are steep, all different sizes and widths and there isn't a railing but it is so worth it! There are not any window coverings at all in the primary bedroom and the blinds in the other bedrooms do not fully close so you will wake up early. After we booked the house, we then got word that there isn't cable TV, that the bathtub jets don't work, and a few other things. The TV in the primary bedroom doesn't work at all. We had a few minor issues and called Vacasa. Had to call 3 days in a row before a wonderful woman names Rita told us she would make sure someone responded to us immediately. The next day a very nice man came out and spent over an hour making sure everything was in working order. The house itself was ok, for the price I felt more things should have been working (not all the outlets work, the light by the primary toilet flashes continuously, the lack of blinds, the lack of working TV, the beach gate doesn't lock, the outdoor sink in not operational, the outside covered area that has the sink is dirty, the kitchen pantry was very dirty, most of the drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom were dirty) But....the views, and the beach access are incredible and totally worth it!
