The Space:

Perched across three lots in the scenic hills of Mt. Washington, this home offers a private hillside retreat with plenty of space for you and your group to enjoy.



Inside the main home, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms designed for both comfort and style. The spacious living room features an open concept with large windows that showcase hillside views while surrounding trees provide natural privacy. Thoughtfully furnished for up to six guests, the home combines elegance and functionality. Step out onto the covered porch, where you can relax in the hanging egg chair, enjoy bar-top seating, or share morning coffee on the cozy loveseat.



Downstairs, you’ll have a serene bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private patio overlooking incredible views. Upstairs, one bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom, and an exposed wall feature that fills the room with natural light. The primary suite is expansive, complete with a king bed, private work desk, and sweeping hillside views. The en-suite bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, large steam shower, and a walk-in closet.



Step outside to the backyard, set on a spacious lot with multiple sections for relaxation and fun. A unique 15’ x 9’ dome furnished with outdoor seating invites you to take in city views and stargaze at night (note: best enjoyed in the evenings as it heats up during the day).



With a long driveway that accommodates 2–3 cars, parking is never an issue. This Mt. Washington home blends comfort, style, and outdoor living, making it the perfect hillside getaway.



Guest Access:

Guests are granted access to the residence and backyard located on the property. No Guest Garage Access. Please be advised that the adjacent open lot is not part of the premises, is not maintained, and lacks fencing or barriers. Entry onto or use of this lot is strictly prohibited.

By entering or using the premises, guests acknowledge and accept that they do so voluntarily and at their own risk. Do not use the Dome during the day as it becomes extremely hot, functions like a sauna, and can lead to overheating or heat stroke.

Other Things to Note:

- Trash day is Wednesday morning. If your stay extends through Wednesday, please roll the bins to the curb directly across the street from the driveway.



- Outdoor lights are on an automatic timer and turn off at 11:00 p.m.; please do not adjust the settings.



- The gardeners arrive every Wednesday at 8:00 a.m.
